Dr. Golosarsky holds numerous medical device and methods patents and is published in peer reviewed medical journals, and has consulted a number of medical device manufacturers.
Michael Brown
President
Michael has a strong business management background with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and electronic assembly industry. He began his career with Union Carbide Corporation in a business management role before founding Precision Automation and Assembly, LLC in 1997 and co-founding EPAC, LLC in 1999. With his role in both companies, he has been instrumental in the helping several Europe based companies launch product lines in North America. Michael earned a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University.
Craig Norton
COO (Chief Operations Officer)
Craig has 30 plus years in manufacturing of mechanical and electronic assemblies, with a strong business background and founder of several startup companies, including Princeton Medical Corporation, manufacture of Intracranial Pressure Monitors servicing the neurosurgical and neonatal medical specialties. He was the founder and CEO of Princeton Technology Corporation located in Hudson, NH specializing in the design and assembly of printed circuit boards, cables and finished products, for the medical device community. Started in 1996, Princeton Technology had grown to employ over 100 people in a 32,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility when Craig sold the company in 2020.
Jim Bernhard
VP of Engineering
Jim has a strong engineering background with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and electronic assembly industry. Jim has been involved in significant product launch projects over the past 15 years assisting in design, patent development and launch. Jim has significant international experience helping a German based company launch their product line in North American. Jim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston University.
